I sincerely greet you on the occasion of opening of the VI All-Ukrainian festival exhibition “Talented Children of Ukraine”!
Your exhibition is the result of fruitful cooperation of educators, scientists and parents in the sphere of child’s creative work. The Small Academy of Sciences of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine jointly with the Institute of a Talented Child of Ukraine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine make every effort to find talented children, promote and assist in developing their abilities.
Talented children are the capital of the future of our country. Upbringing and education, as well as creation of development environment for such children are the strategic tasks requiring integrated efforts on the part of state institutions, scientific, pedagogical and public institutions, on the part of everyone who whishes the prosperity of Ukraine.
A great variety of achievements of children talented in different spheres is presented at the exhibition. They reflect love to world and Homeland, inspiration, and flight of creativity. We can confidently say today that Ukraine is rich in talented children.
I wish our young pupils creative energy, inspiration, good, health, like-minded persons in creative searches, and persistency in reaching their aims for the good of our Homeland. I also wish their parents and teachers patience, love to their children, calm and peace.
May this exhibition discover not only new talents, but also open the way to life for every gifted child.
